The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage

Frank laughed icily. "Really? In that case, I shall teach you that a bitch is always a bitch!"

And with those words, Frank blew from his mouth, his breath turning into a hurricane that lifted all the excavators up into the air!

Everyone from the residents to Lassie were left gaping as they watched, speechless.

Where did that brat even get such power?!

But for Lassie, once the shock wore off, it was time to face reality.

"Don't believe him!" he cried as he pointed at Frank. "I saw him talking to that whore just earlier! The same whore who would buy off your properties!"

Since he was not getting away with it now, he just had to expose Frank to ensure their mutual destruction!

To his disappointment, however, none of the residents appeared upset with Frank, and Lassie certainly could not understand their reaction. "Are you crazy?! Aren't any of you thinking about the treasure?"

Jeeves smirked as he retorted, "Even if this boy was really sent by that woman as you said, we all saw how strong he was. He could've killed us anytime, so why go through all this trouble?"

Jeeves smiled in wry amusement. "End up in court? Weren't you watching what happened to the excavators? He could have just blown us up above and let us fall to our deaths. With that in mind, who would even think that he's the bad guy when we're all still alive?"

"You're kidding-he's so powerful that he can kill anyone he likes without getting caught. There's only one reason he didn't try to kill us, and it's because he is sincere about helping us."

Lassie felt himself dying inside, as he really did not expect to end up the clown of this show!

Wheeling on Frank, he bellowed, "You'd better let me go. I'm warning you I have friends in high places!"

"You're strong, but the times have changed-might doesn't make right, and you're a dead man if you lay a finger on me!"

"Really!"

Frank launched Lassie up into the skies right then.

Splat.

Though there were some who could not hold their dinner at the sight of what had happened to Lassie, none of the residents were mourning him.

In fact, they were applauding in approval for a person who tried to hog all the treasure for himself, such an outcome was too good for him.

"Alright, kiddo. Let's start digging!" Jeeves laughed heartily, pointing at the excavators that were still floating in the air.

Frank smiled, shaking his head. "There's no need for them. I'm more than enough!"

He strode over to the frosted ground, putting his hand on it.

When he lifted it, mud began to eject out violently like a geyser.

The residents leapt backward by instinct, but the mud seemed to be sentient and avoided them entirely!

They all praised Frank endlessly. "Young and dangerous, as they say!"

"That's enough to impress you?"

Sylvie laughed just then. "To be honest, that's not all he can do. Don't you know how we managed to map out this entire place? Because he flew up there and took me with him!"

Naturally, the residents would rather die than believe Sylvie if she had told them

that earlier, but they had now seen how powerful Frank was.

In fact, some of them were convinced that what Frank showed them was not the limit of what he could do-and they were certainly right, as it was really the tip of an iceberg.

Soon, as the mud stopped shooting out, Frank beckoned at Sylvie. "Come on.

Let's go down for a look!"

Sylvie was puzzled. "If you could

remove the mud, why not just levitate the coffin out of there.

Why should we go down to look at the coffin?"

Frank laughed. "It's the good stuff. I don't think everyone should see it!"

Sylvie promptly turned to the residents and teased, "I guess he's found treasure below, and he wants it for himself!"
